Enavigo Consult a/s is presently engaged in improving the efficiency and productivity of 8 beef slaughter and processing plants as well as four pig slaughter and processing plants





Enavigo Consult a/s has recently conducted two "Lean Light" projects comprising the improvement of further processed meat products such as burgers, sliced meat, chicken wings, hermetic products and hams.





A "Lean Light" project that included slaughtering, deboning and further processing began in April 2011, and was implemented with great success
